Refund policy

At Atypical Treasures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number and reason for the return when you contact us.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind that some items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to their unique nature or customized design. We will clearly state any such restrictions on the product page.
